Journal History

Journal of Arabic Sciences and Humanities is one of the branches of Qassim University Journal which is published by Scientific Publishing and Translation Center in Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. It is a peer-review and specialized journal and devoted to publishing articles written in either Arabic or English according to the international standards in the fields of Arabic Language and Literature, English Language and Translation, History, Geography and Sociology & Social Services. The first issues were published on Muharram 1429 AH (January 2008). It had an ISSN 1658-4058, and then transfered into an open access (online) from Volum 16 with an ISSN 1658-9602. This journal aspires to be an active in the scientific research locally and globally. In addition, it participates in the development and publishing of knowledge of what's original in its specialty and contributes to encouraging and promoting scientific research in publishing original and distinguished topics. It is published quarterly in an online version.
