Abstract: We aim through this paper titled "natural and creative foundations of language, a generative minimalist approach” to deal with the faculty of language, and study a modern linguistic project which treats the architecture of language and its designs. Chomsky is based in treating this project on many hypothesis, that we special mention, the innateness and the creative hypothesis, to find the relation between the innate and acquired knowledge. Biological foundations are a system of universal principles common to humans, and the creative foundations reflect a creative use of language, and a renewed production of knowledge.
This minimalist work in universal grammar seeks to attain the descriptive and the explanatory adequacy by studying the characteristics of internal language, explaining how linguistic structures are generated in the human mind, and defining the architecture of the language use.
