Abstract
Title: The community partnership and it’s effectiveness on the higher education according to teaching staff’s point of view
(A field study applied in KFU Al Ahsaa)

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the way to activate the community partnership within the higher education from the teaching staff’s point of view, the motives that take part in supporting the community partnership for them, the obstacles they face, their preferred resources of community partnership and the advantages added by the community partnership to the society.
The researcher used the social survey approach for the sample and collected data using a questionnaire. The study applied on a simple random sample of teaching staff (both males and females) from some of literary faculties (faculty of Arts and Faculty of Education) and scientific ones (Faculty of Agriculture and Work administration).
The study found that there are some of statistical significance difference at the level of (0.05) or less towards the individuals of the sample related to (How to activate the community partnership from the teaching staff’s point of view) with the difference of the age variant for males. There are also some of statistical significance differences at the level of (0.01) or less towards the particulars of the sample who ranked as assistant researcher and those ranked as (lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor, professor) about the obstacles faced by teaching staff while participating in the community partnership’s fields, for the sample members who are ranked as (lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor, professor). There are no statistical significance differences at the level of (0.05) or less towards the altitudes of the sample about (How to activate the community partnership within the higher education from the teaching staff’s point of view, the motives that take part in supporting the community partnership for them, the obstacles they face while participating in the fields of the community partnership) according to the difference of college variant. In addition to that, “the most preferred fields for teaching staff within the execution of community partnership was the educational ones.
