The paper is entitled “Women Recruitment Scheme for the Reconquest of Bait Al-Maqdis in the Middle Ages as outlined in Pierre Dubois's The Recovery of the Holy Land”. It deals with the ideas presented in this book (Pierre Dubois, 1999) that relate to women Recruitment Scheme for the Reconquest of Bait Al-Maqdis in the Middle Ages. This book contained reformist ideas, and the most important of which was the book the Recovery the Holy Land. This book was addressed to the most important European kings at that time and encouraged the king to send a new crusade to the Islamic East for reclaiming the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem. The book presents many reform ideas and proposals at all levels and among these ideas include incorporating women, regardless of their age or social class. This method is considered an organized recruitment by the writer in the medieval era. This recruitment and planning preceded modern colonialism in its methods and goals.
