The paper entitled "An argumentation by Balbatos in examples of ancient Arabic rhetoric "aims to explain the types of Albatos, how it was used as a means of persuasion and how itw as formed in ancient Arabic rhetoric, showing its constituent elements, and investigating the sources from which it derives its argumentation, to be a way to achieve mental agreement. This paper is based on the descriptive analytical method, and it starts from pathos’ perceptions of the argumentation rhetorical, specifically the rhetorical argumentation, whether in ancient rhetoric or new rhetoric. The main results showed that the success of the orator in his argumentative project through the pathos and the listener’s conviction of the case he presented to him.
