Digitalization and Quality of Social Work Education: A Study Applied to Public Universities in Riyadh

The paper entitled “Digitalization and Quality of Social Work Education: a study applied to public universities in Riyadh” focuses on the organizational, human, technological, and labour market dimensions of digitalization. The study employed a social survey and targeted 63 faculty members of the Social Service Departments from three Saudi universities: Princess Noura bent Abdulrahman University, King Saud University, and Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University. The results showed a high level of digitalization and a positive relationship between it and the quality of social work education. The labour market dimension ranked first with an average of 2.64, followed by the human dimension with an average of 2.44, and then the technological dimension with an average of 2.38. The technological dimension ranked last with an average of 2.3. The study concluded with recommendations for developing digitalization in achieving the quality of social work education in Saudi universities.
