This research aims to answer this central question: Why did the explanation of al-Wahidi, both old and new, a place that did not have another explanation? Did he deserve this status? The research concluded that al-Wahidi distinguished in his explanation of al-Mutanabbi's poetry with scientific originality, which was clear in his sufficiency to summarize the interpretations of the commentators, or to present them without adding or criticism, and with a sober methodology, as he relied on a stated scientific goal, and distinguished by his methodological introduction, the diversity of its sources, scientific honesty, and assimilation, with Abbreviation, support, and objectivity. His speech was also based on a general critical reference, which was based on his criticism and comments on measures in ancient critical theory, both in terms, compositions and meanings, and in its aspects: linguistic, aesthetic and interpretive. In addition to the special criticism reference, which is reflected in his knowledge of the artistic characteristics of al-Mutanabbi's poetry and the movement of his criticism, and in his testimony from the approaches of the former commentators of al-Mutanabbi's poetry. Al-Wahidi was not limited to interpreting the poetic contents, or commenting on them semantically, but also transcending them towards horizons of linguistic and artistic criticism of the. elements of poetry.Therefore, al-Wahdi's commentary was a evidence to the completion and maturity of the art of poetic commentary, and he deserved that distinguished place between the explanation of al-Mutanabbi's poetry, and the hospitality he received from scholars, critics and researchers, both old and new.

The Study Was Based On Introduction And Three Topics Followed By The Conclusion The Introduction Reviewed The Concept Of Employment And Its Forms And Functions, And The Extent Of It Presence In The Novelist Achievement Of Ghazi Algosaibi . The Third Topic : Poetry Jobs In Al-Gosaibi Novels , The Study Included The Technical And Semantic Functions Performed By Poetry In The Novel Work And Its Impact On The Structure Of The Novel  The Study Also Included A Conclusion That Included The Most Prominent Findings And Recommendations Of The Researcher .

The study of time needs the awareness of the backgrounds of the philosophical understanding, its types and dimensions to bring the study closer to the depth identical with the text, and time is an essential element in the narrative technique, which is pivotal and entails elements of suspense and continuity, and no event can happen without time, as the characters consist in Time and through it. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the importance of time and being mainly in narrative construction, by tracing its course in the novels of the Saudi writer Abdulaziz Mishri, as his trilogy is one of the novels in which the succession of generations as Naguib Mahfouz trilogies. his novels are: {Wasimia, Rainy Season} and (Alghioom Wa Manabet Alshagar, Clouds and Trees Roots) and (Raih Alkady, Cadi Wind). The importance of the research is that, as I think, it is a new addition to the Arab Library in the field of literary studies of the novel in general, and in the field of studying Saudi literature in particular, as the previous studies in this subject focused on the theoretical study of time. As for the novelist Mashri, she has benefited a lot from some references that dealt with his novels; among them are: “Abdulaziz Mashri and Rayh Al-Kadi” by Ahmed Ramiz Qatriyah, and “Building the Character in the Abdulaziz Mashri’s Conditions of Home” by Kawther Al-Qadi, and “Features of the Fictional Verb: Reading in The novels of Abdulaziz Mashri "by Hassan Al-Naami," "Reading in the novels of Abdulaziz Mashri", by Hassan Al-Naami, and others. The methodology of this research is based on the descriptive analytical approach, which tends towards a structured and time-tracking study in the Mishri trilogy through the extraction of fiction texts based on analysis, interpretation and linkage.

Many writers and critics use to clarify the literary terms or textual phenomena in cognitive fields that are not directly related to literature, and their methods and means differentiate in that, Mr. Hans Robert Yaus in his book "Jamaliyat Al-Talaqqi" knocked this door and the study revealed his approach in two themes and they are: The Similarity Relation: It means that the literary phenomenon is similar to another phenomenon outside the literature, and the contrariety relation: means that the literary phenomenon is contary to another phenomenon outside the literature. This scientific method has goals and results, and the most important of them - in this study - is to explain phenomena or bring them closer to mind or respond to arguments or development, as this study also showed that most of the evidences was taken from nature and daily life and revealed the most important and most simple relations, which are similar evidences.

  Abstract: This research deals with the study and analysis of the phenomenon of Alienation as stated in the poetry of the Saudi poet Taher Zmakhshri, whose life witnessed events led later to his Spatial ,temporal and psychological migration. This research will attempt to explain the impact of the reflection of these emotions and feelings in the two collections of poems, "Strange return" and "Expatriate tunes", trying to answer the following questions: What are the reasons that lead to expatriation? What alternatives does the expatriate employ to restore balance in his life, after being dominated by a sense of hopelessness of improved conditions? How can poetry be a haven for expatriate? The reason we chose these two collections of poems is that their titles include the terms expatriation and alienation together, which means that this phenomenon is clearly visible in his poetry. In addition, the introduction of his collections of poems, "Strange return" included a discussion of some of the reasons that led to his alienation, as will be seen in this research. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, we relied on the poetic texts directly, and reading them well, to draw the reasons for the alienation of the poet, and to show the manifestations of his alienation, relying on descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon of alienation as it appeared in his poetry, and analysis of the applicable models of each manifestation of his alienation. The alienation of the poet appeared when he escaped to the past sometimes and imagination and the jungle at other times; hoping to compensate for what is missing in the present of joy and hope.

Abstract : This study sheds light on one of the Yemeni families that settled in Makkah and neighbored the Circassian Mamluk in Egypt since the establishment of the Circassian Mamluk. This family was known as the Badr al-Din Hassan bin Mohammed al-Taher family. This family was renowned for being one of the significant commercial families during the mentioned period. They had a number of children and grandchildren who assumed a prominent status in the society of Makkah, and built strong relations with the central authority in Egypt, represented by the sultans of the Mamluks and the senior statesmen, and the local authority in Mecca represented by the Sharifs of Makkah and senior dignitaries. They established strong ties with the various social groups, had a key cultural role in many areas, and provided grand services to the people of Makkah during their stay there.

Synopsis: Embassies-Diplomacy-Ambassadors-Sultan Suleiman-Reception-Imperial Hall Since ancient times, nations needed to communicate with one another in order to achieve political stability and provide the living requirements for their peoples. Therefore, they tended to communicate through messengers and envoys, this was the beginning of what became known now as modern diplomacy and the emergence of ambassadors who assumed this role of communicating between nations. The Ottoman Empire had many political relationships with other nations, and as such it needed to turn towards the diplomatic side to consolidate those relations and utilize them to demonstrate the prestige of the Ottoman Empire. The importance of these relations emerged under the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent (al- Kanuni) (1520 A.D - 1566A.D/ 926 Hijri - 973 Hijri), which is the golden age of the Ottoman Empire. Consequently, nations began to send ambassadors and diplomatic missions, and Sultan Suleiman was attentive to those arriving to the Ottoman Capital. He gave orders to provide ambassadors with the utmost comfort in their stay and assigned parts of the army to protect and honor them. The Ottoman Empire also prepared the Imperial Hall in Topkapi palace to hold reception ceremonies for ambassadors in accordance with specific diplomatic rules.  

Abstract: The Omani-British Relations during the reign of Sayud Toorkee bin Saeed witnessed a considerable progress. The British Government assisted Sayud Toorkee to claim the throne and quickly recognized him as a ruler of Oman and supported him financially. In fact, the British Government strengthened its ties with Sayed Toorkee regardless of the interest and tranquility of Oman. Oman had been already burdened with internal wars and disputes between the Omani tribes on one side and between the tribes and the Sultan of Muscat on one the other. Sayud Toorkee’s relation with the British Government was friendly, so he used to consult the British Political Agent in the Gulf frequently. Moreover, he signed a treaty in 1873 with the British Government for the abolition of the slave trade in return for the Zanzibar subsidies and due late payments that he had to fulfill. Another treaty was signed by the two parties in 1877 which stipulated that the Indian subjects would be equally treated as the British subjects in Oman in terms of their rights and duties. This had definitely led to increasing the political and military relations between Sayud Toorkee and the British Government. However, it had weakened his position among the Omani people. He had to face the pressure of the tribes and indulge into a conflict with his brother Abdul Azeez. This continued until the British issued a proclamation in 1886 declaring that they would help Sayud Toorkee in repelling aggression during his lifetime. The declaration could deter tribal revolts and thereby prevent armed intervention against Sayud Toorkee. Accordingly, he managed to maintain his rule until his death in 1888.

  Abstract: Despite the great number of historical studies aiming to highlight aspects of Muslims’ history in the Spanish Peninsula، and their contribution to civilization، the Islamic civilization played an important and glorious role in the Spanish middle ages history. However، a lot of ambiguity is still surrounding some aspects of this era. This includes the reports on events in relation with the Frankish Spanish especially if we tried to get some knowledge about them in one of the available Islamic sources dealing with that period. Therefore، the researcher chose one of the most important Arab-Islamic sources: "Al Bayan Al Moghrib in the News of Andalusia and Al Maghrib". The book was written by the historian Ibn Adhara Al Marakhshi who tried to depict the image of the Frankish Spanish. This book was selected due to its particular importance among similar sources. In fact، some sources have been lost. For this reason، the research aims to highlight Ibn Adhara’s contribution with the valuable information he provides on the Spanish Frankish in his his book Al-Bayan. This comprises political information، cultural features related to lifestyle and traditions of the Spanish Frankish community، which gives the study more importance and enable us to get a clear image of the Frankish Spanish.  The researcher began drawing the image of the Spanish Frankish and discusses the status and role of women in the Spanish Frankish society. In addition، she describes some aspects of the ethics of the Spanish Frankish، and how the harsh nature was reflected in the morals of the Spanish Frankish. Furthermore، she provides many references about the characteristics of the Spanish Francophone warrior، the ways of fighting، the military fortifications built by the Spanish Frankish، and even the system of government within one of the Frankish kingdoms of Spain.  The author did not neglect to talk about the Spanish industry or the agricultural activity in the Spanish Frankish community despite the atmosphere of war and fighting surrounding everyone in that period. He wrote many details about the Spanish rulers such as Alfonso VI and Alfonso VIII and many others with a focus on their role in the movement of recovery. To get the best picture of the Spanish Frankish، Ibn Adhara has been involved in the transfer of one of the most important legends that spread in the Middle Ages and the excess of Andalusia Zaida La Mora or Caida is an important signal as mixed marriages were the most prominent means of cultural communication between Muslims and the rulers of the Frankish Christian kingdoms in Andalusia. Ibn Adhara managed at the end to make us feel as if he is a historian who witnessed the events personally.

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the location of the female crime and the rate of its growth, its geographic distribution in the cities and governorates of the Eastern Region, its types and causes, and its linking with a number of variables and demographic, social, economic and ecological characteristics of its committers. The study relied on the descriptive method using the social survey method. An interview form was applied to all (138) female inmates of Dammam prison. The study revealed an increase in the crime rate in the main cities of the eastern region; more than two-thirds of the committers of crimes in Dammam, 40.58%, and Alkhobar 33.33%. Mostly Asian (57.97%), African women (35.5%). Morality crimes accounted for 33.06%, followed by theft of 28.99%, alcohol and drug offenses 13.64%. The study showed that the motive for committing the crimes was the economic factor by 43.48%. The study showed a statistically significant relationship of 0.05 between the spatial nature and type of female crime and its high rates in the Eastern Region. It also showed a statistically significant correlation between female crime and the demographic, social and economic characteristics of its committers. The study also revealed that 44.93% of the inmates of Dammam prison had not been sentenced despite their detention for more than a year, and that 25.36% of convicts had not been released because the guarantor did not waive the case and sometimes for unknown reasons. The study recommended conducting more research and studies on female crime, especially in urban areas, and speeding up the implementation of the executive and judicial procedures for detainees and convicts, and developing social welfare programs for female inmates.

Abstract: The study aims to identify the factors leading to smoking among girls in Saudi society, social, psychological economic, media and technological, using descriptive analytical method. The study community consists of students of Princess Nora Bent Abdul Rahman University. The study found that the most important social factors are leisure time and poor companionship. The girl sat constantly with friends of smokers and the girl wanted to experiment with smoking. Of the adventure and the weakness of self-censorship and the weakness of the religious faith and the belief that smoking removes the worry and the feeling of malaise and depression. The most important economic factors are: persuasion and provision by friends and the belief that smoking is a sign of evolution and keep pace with change, media and technological factors, the most prominent is the proliferation of electronic smoking methods and the impact of views through the media and the Internet and the belief that smoking is not considered a haram and a manifestation of civilization and luxury and Highlight attractive characters for smokers through serials and movies. The study presented a number of recommendations, including: Providing activities that allow girls to spend their free time in a positive way, and the need for girls to follow the family in choosing good companionship, and educating girls about the danger of sitting with friends of smokers, believing that smoking is a sign of evolution and keeping pace with change. Abstract:  Each single day many earth monitoring spaceborne and aerial sensors from various countries are collecting a huge quantity of remotely sensed data. This large amount of data is regarded as remote sensing (RS) big data or big RS data. Due to these massive amounts of data the world has entered in the age of big (RS) data. Big RS data have different physical, spatial and temporal features such as multisource, multiscale, high dimensional, dynamic state, isomer, and nonlinear properties. Moreover, RS big data are becoming as an economic resource and a modern key asset in several applications. The RS big data are using for various applications in resources as well as environment (both natural and built) for local and global observation, for example in agriculture, natural disaster monitoring, worldwide climate change, and urban planning. However, this paper aims to find the big RS data as well as data-intensive problems, counting RS big data challenges, analysis, methods, techniques, processing, managing, and effective utilization of big RS data. Furthermore, it seeks the methods and applications of RS big data. In the current study, the challenges and opportunities of RS big data applications were analyzed specifically. In order to explain the big RS data aspects, a case study discussing the application of RS big data was demonstrated. In this test case, RS big data were used to identify flood zones in Wadi Al Rimah in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia applying a big archive of RS data. In this study RS big data were applied to exhibit the substantial challenges along opportunities carried by the application of RS big data.
